Our steel racks are built in Bayswater, Victoria, on mounts we design and make ourselves. Wedgetail racks are 100% Australian made and owned. Every rack can be fitted at our Bayswater (VIC) or Minchinbury (NSW) factories, or by our dealers Australia wide.

Choosing a rack range for your Suzuki

- Oval Steel: reinforced oval tubing for heavy loads, work and outback touring. Made as a basket, open ends, flat deck or tent style, zinc coated and finished in metallic charcoal, satin black or matt black.

Fitting and lead times
We fit racks at our Bayswater (VIC) and Minchinbury (NSW) factories, and through our dealers Australia wide. Fit times for Suzuki racks run from 60 to 90 minutes. Standard racks are made in 5 days or less, and custom builds take about 10 to 15 days from order to dispatch.

Will a rack from one Suzuki model fit another?
Not always. Our Suzuki racks range from 1600 to 2400mm long and 1100 to 1350mm wide, sized to suit each body and roof. Order the rack listed for your model and year in the table above.
How much weight can a Suzuki roof rack carry?
Our Suzuki racks are rated to 100kg. Your vehicle also has its own roof load limit in the owner’s manual, and the lower of the two figures is the one to work to. Read more on how much weight a roof rack can take.
Can I carry ladders on my Suzuki roof rack?
Yes. Commercial-Max and Oval Steel racks take bolt-on ladder rollers and a ladder clamp. Call us on (03) 9722 5080 to set it up for the ladders you carry.
Can I change the size or colour?
Yes. Oval Steel racks can be made with different side heights, lengths, ends and floors, and are finished in metallic charcoal, satin black or matt black. Commercial-Max racks are powder coated black.
How long will it take to get my rack?
Standard racks are made in 5 days or less. Custom builds take about 10 to 15 days from order to dispatch.
