Tradesman Roof Racks makes roof racks for the Peugeot Expert and Partner. Racks are available in our Commercial-Max, Oval Steel, Wedgetail Trade and Trade-Max ranges. Load ratings run from 100 to 150kg depending on the rack.
Our steel racks are built in Bayswater, Victoria, on mounts we design and make ourselves. Wedgetail Trade racks are designed and built in Melbourne and are exclusive to Tradesman. Every rack can be fitted at our Bayswater (VIC) or Minchinbury (NSW) factories, or by our dealers Australia wide.

Choosing a rack range for your Peugeot
- Commercial-Max: heavy duty ERW commercial grade tubing, powder coated black, on mounts individually designed for the vehicle. Built for daily trade use.
- Oval Steel: reinforced oval tubing for heavy loads, work and outback touring. Made as a basket, open ends, flat deck or tent style, zinc coated and finished in metallic charcoal, satin black or matt black.
- Wedgetail Trade: a modular composite and aluminium rack, designed and built in Melbourne and exclusive to Tradesman.
- Trade-Max crossbars: anodised aluminium bars with 3mm zinc steel end caps and steel mounting rails. The bars are adjustable and use the same mounts as the Commercial-Max.
Accessories for your Peugeot roof rack
Set the rack up for the gear you carry. Commercial-Max and Oval Steel racks suit ladder rollers, conduit carriers, a ladder clamp, a spare wheel carrier, a jerry can holder and a jack and shovel holder. Wedgetail Trade racks can take a Technician Series ladder slide with rollers or buffers, plastic slides, a lock and strap. Single and double roller kits are available for Trade-Max bars. Fitting and lead times
We fit racks at our Bayswater (VIC) and Minchinbury (NSW) factories, and through our dealers Australia wide. Fit times for Peugeot racks run from 60 to 120 minutes. If you would rather fit it yourself, follow our guide to installing a Tradesman roof rack. Standard racks are made in 5 days or less, and custom builds take about 10 to 15 days from order to dispatch.

Will a rack from one Peugeot model fit another?
Not always. Our Peugeot racks range from 2100 to 2700mm long and 1300 to 1450mm wide, sized to suit each body and roof. Order the rack listed for your model and year in the table above.
How much weight can a Peugeot roof rack carry?

Yes. Oval Steel racks can be made with different side heights, lengths, ends and floors, and are finished in metallic charcoal, satin black or matt black. Commercial-Max racks are powder coated black.
